Who is the object of this privacy statement?
This privacy statement also applies to promotional activities, applications, web pages, and online games that collect personal information, to SSL Development Limited and other web pages (including those managed and/or controlled by SSL Development Limited) ('Media') . This privacy statement does not apply to third-party web pages, including those mentioned or recommended by our media through links or other similar methods, because we will not be responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party web pages. What information do we collect from you?
We welcome you to visit our branches and browse our web pages, you do not need to provide us with any personal information. Will we collect data without personal information?
When you browse our web pages or use related network facilities, we may collect your IP address and browser type for system management and/or statistical purposes without identifying your other personal information. We may place'memory' on the device you use for browsing so that you can use our web pages.
When you browse our media, the device you browse will download and store a kind of small data called'memory'. The memory allows L'Oréal Hong Kong to recognize your browsing device when you browse our media, but it will not collect any personal information from your browsing device.
We mainly use memory to track your activities in our media, as well as to identify you and show you some content that may be of interest to you during your next visit.
Browsers are usually designed to accept memory, but you can easily change the settings of your browser and/or your own device when browsing the Internet. However, please note that if you choose not to accept memory, you may not be able to use some of the functions of our media, which will affect your use of our media.

How do we use your information?

This privacy statement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You agree that any disputes related to the use of our services and media will be governed by Hong Kong's non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of this privacy statement, the English version shall prevail.

To choose/reject to provide services to you, Woop will only use your personal data to provide you with marketing information, including providing you with information about your transactions, and our security or media management.
With your consent, Woop (or contact brand or individual) will send you messages or latest information, promotional activities and other related activities from time to time according to your personal choice.
